All orders at Kenzul Atlas are shipped by registered mail with PostNL or DHL. The shipping costs within the European mainland are a fixed rate of €4.00.

If your order is over €40, you are eligible for free shipping within mainland Europe.

When you place an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (PostNL or DHL) has collected your package from our distribution center.

For orders within the Netherlands and Belgium you can expect to receive the products within 2 working days. For orders within mainland Europe, you can expect to receive your order within 3–5 working days.

Yes, it is very easy to track your order. Once you have made a purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email along with your tracking number.

The products are securely packed in a bubble plastic envelope. To ensure that the products arrive safely, we use a courier company (DHL or PostNL).

It’s important to us that you love Kenzul Atlas products as much as we do! In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, you can return the product, provided it is in its original condition, within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund of the purchase price.

Only products purchased online from the Kenzul Atlas website will be accepted for return. If you purchased any of our products from another online store or retailer, please contact them directly.

To return your product, send an email to [email protected] and include your invoice/order number. We will send you instructions on how to return the item.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Read our returns policy.
