Free shipping within mainland Europe on orders over €40.

Shipping costs

All orders at Kenzul Atlas are shipped by registered mail with PostNL or DHL. We currently ship within mainland Europe.

• The shipping costs within the European mainland are a fixed rate of €4.00.
• If your order is over €40, you are eligible for free shipping within mainland Europe.

Delivery

When you place an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. When your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (PostNL or DHL) has collected your package from our distribution center.

• For orders within the Netherlands and Belgium you can expect to receive the products within 2 working days.
• For orders within mainland Europe, you can expect to receive your order within 3–5 working days.

Tracking and packaging

Once you have made a purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email along with your tracking number. The products are securely packed in a bubble plastic envelope and shipped with a courier company (DHL or PostNL), so they arrive safely.
