Returns within 14 days of purchase.

It is important to us that you love Kenzul Atlas products as much as we do! In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, you can return the product, provided it is in its original condition, within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund of the purchase price.

Please note

Only products purchased online from the Kenzul Atlas website will be accepted for return. If you purchased any of our products from another online store or retailer, please contact them directly.

How to return a product

To return your product, please email [email protected] and quote your invoice/order number. We will send you instructions on how to return the item.

Return shipping costs

You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
